L’Istituto BAYAN è la prima realtà accademica del suo genere in Italia, nata con la missione di offrire un percorso di alta formazione e ricerca negli ambiti degli studi islamici e umanistici. Il nostro obiettivo è fornire strumenti critici, culturali e scientifici a chi desidera approfondire tali discipline con rigore accademico, spirito inclusivo e senso di responsabilità civile.
BAYAN intende essere una risorsa per l’intera cittadinanza, promuovendo conoscenza, dialogo e partecipazione attiva nella società. I nostri corsi, di livello equiparabile a una laurea triennale, sono progettati in linea con le direttive del Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca (MUR), cui sarà formalmente richiesta la procedura di riconoscimento quale università non statale.
In un’ottica di eccellenza e apertura, collaboriamo e ci confrontiamo costantemente con prestigiose università italiane e internazionali. Il corpo docente comprende accademici di comprovata esperienza, attivi in rinomati atenei in Italia e all’estero.
L’Istituto è sottoposto a una rigorosa supervisione legale e finanziaria, affidata a professionisti specializzati, e opera nella massima trasparenza amministrativa e gestionale, nel pieno rispetto delle normative vigenti.
BAYAN si fonda su principi di autonomia e indipendenza, ed è guidato da un Senato Accademico e da un Consiglio Direttivo eletti democraticamente dal corpo docente, amministrativo e studentesco.
La nostra identità accademica si fonda su valori di rigore, legalità e responsabilità sociale. Riteniamo che la conoscenza sia uno strumento fondamentale per contribuire positivamente alla crescita culturale e civile del nostro Paese.
